Atlantic City, New Jersey — May 2026 — Lions Clubs International proudly announces that International President A.P. Singh has awarded the prestigious Ambassador of Good Will Award to Lion Winster D. Ceballos, of Clifton, NJ, in recognition of his exceptional humanitarian leadership, service to Lionism, and commitment to advancing innovation, leadership development, and global fellowship throughout the association.

The Ambassador of Good Will Award is regarded as the highest honor bestowed by Lions Clubs International upon its members. The award recognizes Lions who have made outstanding contributions to the association and exemplify extraordinary dedication to humanitarian service, international understanding, and the mission of Lions Clubs International to serve communities around the world.

The award was presented during the 105th New Jersey Lions State Convention, held from Thursday, May 14 through Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey, by Second International Vice President Dr. Manoj Shah, from Nairobi, Kenya, on behalf of International President Singh, alongside New Jersey Lions leaders, Past International Directors Jeff Gans, Melvyn Bray, and Dr. Robert Moore.
