Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
The New Jersey Lions 101st Annual State Convention will take place at Tropicana Hotel located at 2831 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ from Thursday, May 19, 2022 through Saturday, May 21, 2022. More than 200 people are expected to attend our convention consisting of Lions, Spouses, Friends, and other Family Members.
In the past, we have had the pleasure of having many organizations utilize an Exhibit Table, and we know that our Convention Attendees look forward to visiting with them each year. Your organization and the Lions of NJ have worked together hand-in-hand for many years, and together we have partnered in giving, sharing, inspiring and serving the communities of New Jersey.
If you would like to have representatives from your organization attend our convention, we will have an Exhibit Table available for you. The Exhibit area will be open on Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm, and on Saturday from 8:30am to 2:00pm. Both the exhibit and registration areas will be conveniently located in the same area of the hotel as the meeting rooms. This location will provide the attendees easy access to learn more about your organization. If you accept this invitation to join us this year, there will be a nominal fee charged to your organization per table for your exhibit.
To further enhance this interaction, we highly recommend that you consider staying at the hotel. We have arranged for Special Hotel Rates for Convention Attendees, including your representatives for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
