Chester Lioness Club

Opening night reception tickets on sale

The Chester Lioness Club is sponsoring “A Gala Opening Night at the Show” on Friday, Nov.4th, 2011 in the Black River Playhouse, at the corner of Budd Ave and Grove Street, Chester, NJ 07930.

The featured show will be the Chester Theatre Group production of the A.R. Gurney comedy The Cocktail Hour. The play takes place at a family cocktail hour during which the middle-aged son, an editor and playwright, tries to convince his mother, father and sister to allow him to put on a play about this dysfunctional family and their secrets which results in some very hilarious situations.

The ticket cost of $20 is partially tax deductible as proceeds from the show will fund the many charitable activities of the Chester Lioness Club.
The ticket price includes refreshments of wine, soda, water, assorted cheeses, crackers and fruits.
Tickets may be purchased from any Lioness Club Member. They may also be purchased by telephoning Lioness Virginia Savell at (908) 879-6543.
